Andrea Joy Cook (also known as A.J. Cook is an internationally acclaimed Canadian actor. Cook is most well-known for her character Jennifer Jareau in CBS's crime drama Criminal Minds, where she plays a Supervisory Agent. It began airing in 2005, and in 2017 the series is currently in 13th Season. Cook has a family in Oshawa ontario, Canada. The first part of her life was devoted to acting. In the TV show Goosebumps which she was a part of, she played one small part to begin her acting career. In 1999, she made her debut in the drama The Virgin Suicides. However, the film was not very successful. The following year she started appearing as a character in the American Canadian drama series Higher Ground in which she was one of the main parts.
